With the constant attention to training, growth and know-how development that is its hallmark, FAB has always been eager to design its in-house processes with a view to creating a culture of goal and information sharing. By steering the group in the direction of greater customer care, this approach has turned FAB into a full-fledged advisor equipped to keep pace with developments in customers’ requirements.
The FAB products’ success is born of the joint endeavours of the design department, the marketing team and the FAB technical department. Attention to detail is the chief goal of a complex product industrialisation process.
Over recent years, FAB has focused on the production of kitchen unit doors, shelves, counter tops and work surfaces, office furniture, children’s bedroom furniture, bathroom units and DIY items. The major furniture and outfitting companies choose FAB products for their production ranges.
Investment in technology means that the group has acquired the latest machinery, which it uses to guarantee all the quality requisites that have marked developments in the industry over recent years.
As it believes that certification is a valuable means of demonstrating, both in-house and vis-à-vis our external partners, that goals have been, FAB has always assigned a leading role to quality.
FAB holds ISO 9001 quality management certification, which takes in organisation and procedures, raw materials and production management and production cycle monitoring, thus ensuring FAB customers of service within the agreed timeframe. The group, which also holds ISO 14001 environmental management certification, pays particular attention to environment-compatibility and conducts constant production process monitoring with a view to cutting its impact on the environment down to the bare minimum.
Last but not least, by using FSC–certified timber, the FAB Group fosters better management of the world’s forests.
