HPL
Leader door is the classic FAB door. It is finished with HPL laminate with 3 mm double radius vertical post-forming and dedicated edging in shiny or matt shades. Leader door is also 4 side edged with polyurethane bonding. Edge finishes are available in all kinds of wood in thicknesses from 0.3 to 3 mm, customised, ABS painted wood and even aluminium. This is the flagship door in FAB production since it is available in a huge number of shades and is the most popular on the market thanks to its qualityprice ratio.
DIRECTFORMING
Leader door with panel in veneered and barriered particleboard with a curvature radius of 3 mm. FAB also produces veneered particleboard with 4 side edges, embellishing the door with dedicated edging in shades matching the panel and finishing with new trends on the market. We also offer a door in CPL laminate in rolls for mass-production doors, with all possible technologies. All our products are the result of attentive study into forms and design, combined with extremely practical use.
DIRECTFORMING ACRYLIC
The latest arrival in FAB production keeps up with market requirements by covering high range products. Finished with 14/10 mm acrylic plastic material, it ensures perfect planarity and polishing far superior to lacquered finishing. It can be postformed with very tight 1.5 mm radiuses or edged on 4 sides in the same colour. It is entirely film-finished and can be supplied with a cleaning kit to brighten the surface and improve scratch resistance. Ideal for kitchens and furnishing, it is available with various finishes and decorations.
LEADERTOP
Leadertop is the best that the market can offer in terms of technology, tenacity and efficiency. The chipboard support used is a super-light water-repellent. 
The upper part is finished with plastic laminate and the other side is padded with kraft paper; the rear is finished with PVC edging and a polyurethane bonding agent. The shrink outline and post-forming are sealed with polyurethane adhesive. Single, heat-shrink packaging is available.
